The Georgia hand recount is over. Biden won by over 12,500 votes. A long-time Trump supporter named Brad Raffensperger is the Secretary of State in Georgia. He totally wanted Trump to win and is disappointed that he did not. However, listen to what he says about the election. I love this guy.
